Do you accept my currency?
Yes, we accept all currencies, all orders will be converted to USD on the current exchange rate.
Do you ship to my country?
Possibly, click here for the list of countries we DO NOT ship to.
How long will my delivery take?
For North - American customers (U.S & Canada) standard shipping takes 1-4 weeks, but UPS Express shipping takes max 2 business days after you recieved your shipping confirmation email.
For Europian Customers standard shipping takes 1-3 weeks, but Track & Trace shipping takes max 5 business days after you recieved your shipping confirmation email.
For all other destinations, 1-4 week with standard shipping and max 10 business days with Track & Trace shipping after you recieved your shipping confirmation email.
I must pay Duties? How come?
Although we always do our utmost to avoid it, some packages are being charged with Duties. Unfortunately, we can’t do anything about it: it just comes with international shipping.
When will my order be processed?
Usually within 1-2 days!
How do I check the status of my order?
If you've ordered our Track & Trace delivery service, you'll recieve a tracking link within 1-2 days. If you choose standard delivery, there will not be a tracking link!
I've filled in the wrong adres, what do I do now?
If you've had a typo while filling in your adress please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I return or exchange my product?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
