Yes, we accept all currencies. Please check the country selector (dropdown menu) and you will be able to check out in your own currency! If your country is not available in this list, no worries. Your order will be converted to USD on checkout on the current exchange rate.
This depends on the shipping method you have chosen. After fulfilment, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking code. If you did not receive this e-mail, please reach out to us, since the e-mail address used to place the order will most likely be wrong. We will update it right away and re-send your the tracking e-mail.

We process orders daily (business days). After fulfilment, you will receive an automated shipping e-mail containing your tracking code. Although we try to process order daily, sometimes processing time can be up to 3 business days, depending on the amount of orders coming in.
Although we always do our utmost to avoid it, some packages are being charged with Duties. Unfortunately, we can’t do anything about it: it just comes with international shipping.
If you've had a typo while filling in your address, please contact us as soon as possible! As soon as your package leaves our Warehouse we are most likely not able to change the delivery address.

Returns & Exchanges
Yes, click here to return or exchange your product(s). Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note our refund policy.
