Q: Where is your size-chart?

Q: Do you accept my currency?
A: Yes, we accept all currencies, all orders will be converted to USD on the current exchange rate. 

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Possibly, click here for the list of countries we DO NOT ship to.


Delivery

Q: How long will my delivery take after fulfillment?

United States: 3-4 Business days after fulfilment (FedEx International)

United Kingdom: 2-3 Business days after fulfilment (FedEx International)

Europe: 2-3 Business days after fulfilment (FedEx International)

Rest of World: 3-5 Business days after fulfilment (FedEx International)

    Q: I must pay Duties? How come?
    A: Although we always do our utmost to avoid it, some packages are being charged with Duties. Unfortunately, we can’t do anything about it: it just comes with international shipping. 

    Q: When will my order be processed?
    A: We process orders daily (business days). After fulfilment, you will receive an automated shipping e-mail containing your tracking code.

    Q: I've filled in the wrong address, what do I do now?
    A: If you've had a typo while filling in your address please contact us as soon as possible. 


    Returns

    Q: Can I return or exchange my product?
    A: Yes, click here to return or exchange your product(s)
    Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Q: I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do now?
    A: Please contact us. Also, please note: All incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of your order's shipping date. If we are notified of an incorrect item after these timeframes, we will be unable to process your request.

    Q: An item is missing, what do I do now?
    A: Please contact us and we'll make sure that you receive it anyway!
